Blue Boat Foods will initially target six of the “2011 Dirty Dozen” fruits and vegetables. The 2011 Dirty Dozen is a list of foods with the highest pesticide residue.

The 2011 Dirty Dozen include (in order of most contaminated):

1. Apples
2. Celery *
3. Strawberries *
4. Peaches
5. Spinach *
6. Nectarines (imported)
7. Grapes
8. Sweet Bell Peppers *
9. Potatoes
10. Blueberries
11. Lettuce *
12. Kale & Collard Greens (tie for 12^th place) *

* Products Blue Boat Foods will provide in Phase 1.

NOTE: The remaining 6 fruits and vegetables will be available during Phase 2.
